About Havelock Pool & Spa

Havelock Pool & Spa  is owned and operated by myself, Sue Faught. The doors were opened on March 31, 2000. We have been in the pool and spa industry since 1987. We are here to serve you.

When we opened the doors of our store, we opened them with you, the customer, in mind. We are also consumers and we will treat you the way we want to be treated. Good service is one of our goals.

We care about our customers. If a product does not work or we feel it is not a good product, we will not sell it in our store. We back our products 100%. We can’t carry everything that is available in the market because of space, but if it is out there, we can get it for you unless the product has territorial rights by other pool companies. This does happen on occasion.
