Havelock Pool and Spa is owned and operated by myself, Sue and my husband, Joe Faught. The doors were actually opened march 31, 2001. We are what you call a mom and pop operation. We have been in the pool and spa industry for 15 years. If we don’t know the answer, we will get it for you.

        When we opened the doors of  Havelock Pool, we opened them with you, the customer, in mind. We are also consumers and we will treat you the way we want to be treated. Good service is one of our goals.

        Joe is in charge of the service department and installs our above ground pools. He is very efficient and crafted at what he does.

        We care about our customers. If a product does not work or we feel it is not a good product, we will not sell it in our store. We back our products 100%. We can’t carry everything that is available in the market because of space, but if it is out there, we can get it for you unless, the product has territorial rights by other pool companies. This does happen on occasion.

        So, stop by and see us sometime. We will be happy to help you with all your pool and spa needs.
